Angie's Fish Wings - Tulsa
Angie's Fish Wings
Description
Nestled on historic Route 66 in Tulsa, this casual gem serves generous, hot fried fish, catfish, shrimp and okra that regulars praise for flavor and value. Friendly, helpful staff and patio or booth seating add charm, but inconsistent sides (soggy mac, greasy crab cakes), occasional order/condiment mishaps, cleanliness lapses and sparse restroom supplies temper the experience. Great for seafood lovers seeking hearty takeout or relaxed dining, but expect spotty consistency.

I make the drive from the Keystone Dam area to pick up dinner for my brother, who has been in the hospital due to serious health issues and has restrictions on his diet. He was given some fish from Angie's and absolutely loved it. So now, every couple of weeks, I bring him more of Angie's fish, and it's really helping him regain his appetite, which he was losing. Thank you, Angie's!
I've ordered from this restaurant three times recently and each time I specifically requested to pay extra for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce, but I never received any. Tonight, I didn't get any sauces at all with my order! I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.
In my last three orders, I specifically requested and was willing to pay extra for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce, but I never received them. Tonight, I asked for extra sauces again, and this time I didn't get any at all. I used to be a regular customer, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again. They've lost my business over something as simple as sauces. It's frustrating enough that they don't offer drinks, but the lack of consistency is something I don’t want to deal with anymore. I can't believe they would treat a loyal customer like this. Goodbye!
My okra wasn't as good as usual; it was burned. Everything else was fine, but the intercom was extremely loud, almost too loud.
The chicken tenders and fries were decent, but the crab cakes were too greasy. The corn wasn't great, and the mac and cheese was soggy and watery. While the staff was friendly, one of the women was wearing house shoes. There's also a rundown camper in the parking lot that looks like someone might be living in it, along with bags of salt stacked outside the building. Overall, I would give the food a 1 out of 5.
