This is our go-to carbo meal place. Their classic beef pepper rice never fails. Well seasoned and well portioned! Food is almost always served just a few minutes after ordering. Their Salmon pepper rice is also good, something you would order again since it's less oily than their beef pepper rice
First time and the experience is great. The beef is tender and peppery in taste, just the right amount, servings is good for the average person. Service is quite good when we dined out, the place is well spaced out, the atmosphere in the dining area is accomodating. Overall, i would rate this place as one of my favorites, and would recommend to my friends and relatives.
Dined here for three times already and I can't get enough! Their beef is very tender, which I think indicates good quality beef. The last two times that I ate here though, it got more pepper-y. Well, living up to the name, I guess. anyway, the only problem I see with this branch is they don't have enough servers. Even when customers leave, they don't immediately clean up the table because they're also constantly serving food. Just like last night, there was only 1 person who served and cleaned the tables. I can't blame the man for not being able to clean immediately. But the management better do something about it. Overall, I enjoy eating here and this will be a staple when I come to solenad 3.
After my meal, I filled out a review and requested to speak with the manager. I shared my concern about how the waiter’s question felt insulting and suggested they consider demonstrating how to eat the food instead of asking customers that question. The manager apologized, which I appreciated. When I returned a week later, I was pleased to see that they had removed that question from their service. Kudos to the manager for taking swift action! I've been a fan of Pepper Lunch ever since I first discovered it. I love the hot, sizzling meals and the generous portions. They have a great selection of dishes, including rice meals, pasta, and curries, as well as desserts and sides. While it might be pricier than your typical casual dining restaurant, I believe it's worth it because the meals are very filling.
