What Migratola doesn't like about A Madagascar:
Generous portions and top quality but unfortunately too expensive. 20% less would seem more reasonable to me. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
My experience at this restaurant in Madagascar was exceptional, providing an immersion into the rich Malagasy culinary culture. The dishes were tasty, prepared with fresh local ingredients, and the service was warm and welcoming, reflecting Malagasy hospitality. However, I would like to suggest a few improvements to enhance the restaurant's appeal. First of all, thinking about pricing could be beneficial. Currently, a main course at €20 €22 plus a dessert at €4.50 can be prohibitive for regular visits. While the quality of the food is undeniable, more competitive pricing could make the restaurant more accessible to a wider audience, both local and international. Additionally, the restaurant could benefit from the introduction of special events or themed evenings that celebrate Malagasy culture, such as musical dinners with local artists or tasting evenings of regional specialties. This could create a unique dining experience and attract a diverse clientele. A loyalty program offering perks to repeat customers could also be an asset, as could partnerships with local tourist attractions or hotels to offer dining packages. Improving the restaurant's online presence, through social networks or an engaging website, could help attract tourists and highlight the specificities of Malagasy cuisine. By integrating these suggestions, the restaurant could not only increase its attractiveness and its clientele, but also play an important role in promoting Malagasy gastronomy to a wider audience.

Wonderful experience at Lydia’s! She is a true artist in the kitchen, combining traditional know-how and creativity. Lydia, with her attentive listening and contagious passion, makes each Malagasy dish a true work of art. The flavors are authentic, balanced and each bite transports you directly to Madagascar. The presentation of the dishes is also a feast for the eyes. The warm atmosphere and smiling welcome perfectly complete the culinary experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and refined Malagasy cuisine. An unforgettable visit!
