I also witn... read more I picked up an online order and was disappointed to find no napkins, no sauce despite paying extra for it, no straw for my drink, and no silverware. I also witnessed the staff member handling the orders spill my drink and simply reset it without caring, assuming the owner wasn't present. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, and I won't be returning.
