Hotel Insula Restaurant - Tulcea

Be careful with the selection of this restaurant at Hotel Insula, do not go to this restaurant!! There's a terrible waiter, his name is Florii. He's not friendly! We ordered some food, but when the food was served, the French fries were cold; very cold. We told the waiter Florii. He just said, So what and his shoulders torn. That was not a normal behavior and I told him that friendly, but he wouldn't listen to us. After dinner we had to pay at the counter: the only thing he was saying: cash or card and he was aggressive in his words to us! I advise you all; don't go to this restaurant!!

The restaurant because of the location without really expecting too much. Was served by a friendly and helpful waitress, but unfortunately the food was, while cheap, only average. The cook could with some taste to the dishes that are all too dirty for me.

Came here for some quick food before you travel to Bucharest. To waiter aprox 3 minutes to take the menu and 3 more to take the order. The waiters were polite and smiled through the service. Food was good and the price for what we ate was not bad at all!! We'll be back. Congratulations!

An average restaurant you will have to wait patient for your order and there is no wow for the food. The house wine is good and low cost. If you like a walk around the lake and stay for wine or a bear with a simple dish, this place is OK

It takes age for waiters to bring you the menu, take the order and get the bill. The worst restaurant service in the whole town of Tulcea. And say all that in a not busy one. Good luck if you order your food here. The tables are not taken into account in any priority. It deserves less than 1 star.
