I stayed at a guest house in the heart of Tulbagh, which is designed in a charming Cape Dutch style. The place is absolutely lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would rate the rooms, service, and location all as 5 out of 5!
The spacious rooms, adorned with antique furniture and four-poster beds, create a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The wonderful swimming pool and stunning garden come together to offer the perfect setting for relaxation. With PJ and Carol as your hosts, you'll find it hard to leave this amazing place, as it is always filled with fun and joy. Service: 5/5.
This place feels like my second home, offering a wealth of options right outside. The manor house features a pool, a BBQ area, and a cozy fireplace for those chilly evenings. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Excellent value.

Wittedrift Manor is a one of a kind experience in the heart of Tulbagh in the Tulbagh valley. Whilst the city is known for its ancient houses in Church street, the entire valley is definitely worth a visit. As is the Wittedrift Manor House. A warm and cosy place with Carol and PJ as your hosts. It is a family like place with an exceptional Interieur and a place which feels like home in an instant. It is an experience you may not have had before and experience which stucks with me and puts a smile on my face everytime I think of it.
