Wendy's - Tulare

My daughter, granddaughter, and I visited this restaurant on Monday night. I stayed in the car while they placed our order, and I decided to try the fish sandwich. It turned out to be the worst sandwich I've ever had—dried out and hard as a rock! I also got some French fries and a drink. My daughter ordered the chicken nuggets, but they were just as hard. On the other hand, my granddaughter ordered the bacon cheeseburger, and it was fresh and tasty, accompanied by fries and a drink. Overall, I can only give this place one star, as I definitely won't be ordering the fish sandwich or chicken nuggets again.

Every time I try to order the Big Cheddar Cheeseburger, they end up giving me something else. It's really frustrating. I live far away, and my partner picks it up on the way home. Yes, he should have checked the order, but he said the young lady behind the counter gave him the wrong burger. It’s incredibly annoying to open the bag and find something different than what I wanted. Please remind your staff to verify the order if a customer specifies whether they want chicken or a beef burger. Especially since it’s supposed to be a Beef Cheeseburger! This has happened to me four times now! I will stop spending my hard-earned money here if I continue to receive the wrong order. I'm not one to complain to the manager, but after four tries, I really hoped they would get it right. But they haven't.

It seems that this Wendy's prefers to close at 9:30 PM, despite claiming to be a 24/7 establishment. It’s a shame that all the truck drivers are missing out on a meal.

Drive thru employees are rude. They won’t even speak to you at all just hand you your order and walk away. They didn’t even ask if we wanted out receipt. Rolling eyes after asking. This was coming from the lady wearing the maroon colored clothes which I’m guessing is the manager. She needs to be retrained on proper customer service.

Asked for my grilled chicken and Burger deluxe with bacon and extra onions on both neither had, they gave me regular.Food was totally Fresh and awesome crew members. fast service, and clean. breakfast sandwiches are great.
