I walked in today and saw the store owner chatting and laughing with customers, which was wonderful to witness—it's clear he genuinely cares. Maggie greeted me as I entered, and Jordan took my order; he was very friendly. The short lady with glasses and the girl with red hair who handled my payment were also welcoming. The food was delicious, and they made me feel like part of the family. I can't wait to come back!
I'm so grateful for the team here. There was a huge mixup on my order (honestly my fault) and they worked so darn fast to make sure I still got what I intended for my company lunch. They were understanding, attentive and quick to make 44 6 inch sandwiches in 20 minutes! I waited in the restaurant and it was clean and very well looked after. Once done they helped pack it into my car and never once made me feel bad over the miscommunication issue. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the team and the owner from the bottom of my heart!
Ordered 4 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and3 chips online. Came to pick up my order 4 hours later and just had the four sandwiches. So I picked out the chips myself. I filled my own drinks which I didn't mind, except when I got home the Sprite was just carbonated water with no flavor.
I'm really disappointed that they no longer offer the Sub of the Day. When I inquired about any specials, the staff looked at me as if I were asking for a free sandwich—so rude! I won’t be coming back to this location.
I hope Subway can enhance their bread recipe, but overall, they’re still quite good for a quick lunch. Their menu offers some solid choices!
