Que Pasa Mexican Cafe - Tulare

I came here when they first opened over 10 years ago and it was great. This experience was nothing less than amazing. The food was awesome and Patti our server was fantastic. I ordered this berry margarita and it was heaven on the palate. I couldn't be happier with everything. Thank you!!!

The service wasn?t all that great and the food came out even more disappointing. Also the Margarita was 12 dollars but was very watery and I didn?t taste any of the alcohol that was supposed to be inside. Also the waitress that was serving us did not come back once and end up leaving and still after no one came and checked on us. Overall I would give them a F. They need to work on customer service of all race.

I had a veggie burrito that was brilliant and the chips and salsa are great!! Very good food in a beautiful environment.

Couldn't go a 2.5, so I went with a 2, how the service was really bad, but the food wasn't bad. I was here at least a few times when shopping in Tulare, and it's always okay, but nothing that makes me ever think I want to go back there?.kinda like Dennys. Today we had limited time, so wanted a snack, the server said there were no seats in the bar when there were clear seats in the bar, but said we could be placed on a list and we went outside to a shop and they called us. I sat, but no one came back to even take our drinks order, so I went to the bar. They didn't let me order drinks, but the manager went to help someone, and we ordered our drinks and food; our food came before our drinks, and so I went back to the bar? the manager did indifferent / angry, and said there were drinks. It took an hour to get a single drink with appetizers, and 20 minutes to get drinks, and never an urgency from the manager who stayed quite a lot in the bar.

If you want to feel some funny Mexican vibes this a fun restaurant. The seafood enchiladas were a must-have re-order. Very delicate fish pieces surrounded by a creamy white sauce and cheese. Velvety and smooth. The salsa they serve is burned and full of taste. Staff very friendly and good service.
