I ordered a shrimp burrito, but the rice was spoiled. The shrimp chipotle plate had no resemblance to chipotle flavor and was smothered in sour cream. I also tried a $5 cup of horchata, which was completely lacking in authentic taste. This is, without a doubt, the worst place in Tulare, and I definitely do not recommend it. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would.
