Hazels Kitchen - Tulare

This is Tulare's hidden little jewel. If you are new in Tulare, you must visit Hazels cuisine. It is a restaurant in an old Victorian home designed for a restaurant. Soups, sandwiches and salads are delicious! Your iced tea is also very good. Also almost all their decoration is for sale, the owner is an interior.

It's been a few years since I was, but when I discovered it, during a walk in downtown. It reminded me of the houses I worked in San Jose in the 90s. Half a sandwich with soup is all I needed that visit, it is a place that if you are not looking for it, you could just miss it. Keep in and be treated to its charm and a delicious meal.

Great place for delicious sandwiches and salads. They made soups in autumn winter all homemade. We absolutely love their tropical iced tea you can buy to make home. In addition to great food you will find great delicacies from candles, lotions to house decorations. Danny, too. One of my favorite places to eat locally. Open for lunch only.

I’m from Tulare and have recently returned. Yet my wife had not tried Hazel’s before. She was hungry one afternoon, so I mentioned it in passing. She ended up loving it. Best sandwich she had had in quite a while is what she said. Service was great even though it was just before closing. So, thanks Hazel’s.

It's kind out 0f the way but very quaint! It's a turn of the century old house refurbished for a restaurant, very clean. I had the Chinese chicken salad worh rhe peanut sauce. My husband had the Cobb salad. The price for both was under 30.00.
