I decided I needed a pick me up after a long day, and Julia completely made my visit so special by making me feel important. I’m very disappointed.. I never got my order taken. I was waiting in line, until I was close to the window and still hadn’t got it taken. The two girls took the orders of the cars next to me, and even the ones behind me, and not mine. I ended up just driving away since I was already near the window and without anyone walking up to me to ask for it. Could’ve been an honest mistake, but it made me feel very uncomfortab... Great people and great drinks options except coffee. flavorful smoothies and frosts, but could be a little sweet for diabetists. yolo
Jenna the manager needs to retrain her staff. I was in drive thru for 30 pulse min cars that were 4-5 cars behind me got there order before me and when I got my order my drink was cold like it had been sitting there the whole time I was in line. The Visalia locations do not have this problem Jenna and Dutch bros need to get it together !!!!
I'm from out of state and have had dutch bros for years now. This is by far the worst one I have been to. Employees are slow, have no experience at giving people guidance on who they are after in line(this is tulare most people need guidance in their life lol), the ones inside making drinks are always messing around while one or two people are actually struggling to keep up on drink orders.

My first visit to Dutch Bros ,Tulare. Jan 1, early morning of 2022 (6am). Young man standing outside in the cold weather taking orders was great at explaining the menu. He was very informative of the different selections I could choose from. So good , I changed my order. He was in GREAT SPIRITS in the cold weather.Next stop, the window to pay for my order. The young man was very courteous. He sparked up a good conversation while taking my payment. He answered my questions I had about Dutch Bros very well. Explained his role as a team player in customer service.Everyone inside was busy. Service like this , I'm sure to return.Thank you Dutch Bros Team in Tulare. My drink is great.
