What MenuPix User doesn't like about Costa Azul De Tulare:
There is a sign outside saying 2 for 1 margaritas Tuesday and Thursday. This is not true. I went on a Tuesday and the server told me it was only Thursday. I called the manager the next day and she said there's nothing they can do. They are misleading the public. It's false advertisement. The service was also horrible and there was only one other person in the restaurant. View all feedback.
