The pretzels are fantastic! I really enjoy going to Auntie Annie's Pretzel shop! I appreciate that they offer coupons and deals through their app, which makes it super convenient to scan your receipts to earn rewards every time you buy a pretzel or a drink. If you haven't tried the Frozen Hot Chocolate drink in the winter, you definitely should—it's amazing!

If I could, I would give them a rating of zero. I stopped by just before 8:30 PM, and the staff member who was mopping informed me that they were already closed, even though the sign clearly states they close at 9:00 PM.

Came here once a few years ago since I do not live in this area, but have had Auntie Anne's before and loved it so I decided to grab lunch at this location. I'm not sure if it is just me, but the pretzel tasted like metal. I couldn't finish it at all andthrew it away after eating a third because I was hungry. Maybe it was a one time thing or an off day, but I really hope they hadfixed the taste since then.

Poor Customer Service! Jessica was quite rude and unfriendly. When I inquired about the availability of a certain item, she responded with an attitude. Additionally, Jessica and one of her coworkers were gossiping about another customer. If she isn't happy with her job, perhaps she should consider resigning!
