We ordered... read more I had high expectations of the place, we came as a family celebrating a birthday, but this happened to us: 1.15 minutes for a waiter to serve us. 2. We ordered a minestrone soup which they did not have and immediately afterwards they mention to us as 3 soups on the menu that they did not have either. 3. We ordered risotto and they couldn 't prepare it because they had a lot of people and it is only prepared when they have few tables. It should be noted that according to it is an Italian restaurant. 4. We came with my baby, we asked for a parakeet and they don 't have it either. The waiter in his attempt to be funny and friendly tells us that we are the only restaurant that does not have a parakeet. 5. The cherry on the cake... a salad with salmon had hair included, they replaced it, however, the bad taste in our mouths and nothing took away the bad experience. Prices according to the quality of the dishes but what they offer is mediocre. It is just one more restaurant of those presumptuous, with semi-nice facilities. They accept card. They have their own parking lot. Conclusion: I don 't recommend it unless you want to impress someone you definitely don 't know. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The... read more I recently visited Olio in Tulancingo de Bravo and was amazed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm and modern atmosphere of the place. The decoration is elegant and creates a perfect space to enjoy a good meal. The staff's attention was exceptional. From the initial greeting to the farewell, each member of the team was friendly, attentive and professional. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and every dish we tried was perfectly prepared and presented. I ordered the mushroom risotto, and it was simply spectacular. The texture was creamy, with the perfect balance of flavors. My companion opted for the four cheese pizza, and we both agreed that the crust was light and crispy, with a delicious blend of cheeses. Additionally, the wine selection perfectly complements the menu, and the waiter's recommendations were spot on and greatly appreciated. The tiramisu dessert was the finishing touch to a fantastic evening.
