What User doesn't like about The Habit Burger Grill:
From the outside I didn't know it was a counter-service/breakfast restaurant. I was also not impressed by the double charcoal burger, the bungalow was squeezed and soggy from the sauce and vegetables. The avocado in Santa Barbara Char was not detectable. Mango Shake didn't have much mango taste. The green bean tempura was good. View all feedback.
I like the Burgers here, i got it with mushrooms! Fries and drink! Service was nice!
From the outside we had thought this was a table service restaurant, but once inside realized it was a fast food place, but decided to give it a go. The food was actually pretty good, better quality than you'd expect. There was enough choices to really customize your sandwich or burger, but not overwhelming. The prices were on par for fast food. Service was friendly and quick. The only complaint was one of us got cold fries and the other obviously fresh fries. Would go again.
After reading the reviews for this place I decided to try them for the first time and unfortunately they dropped the ball. I ordered through UberEATS and received both burgers with shredded lettuce that was mixed with the barbecue sauce even though it was ordered with NO LETTUCE on the app and also on the ticket upon delivery. Unfortunately this really changed the quality and taste of the burgers because even picking the lettuce off the burgers there was no barbecue sauce left and changed the quality and taste of the barbecue bacon cheese burgers. At least the sweet potato fries were good! I had read a few reviews that they don't follow the order instructions at this location whether ordering takeout or delivery and this was true in my case. This was very disappointing since their whole brand is about making your burgers to your specification. I may try them again at a different location or dine in so I can get what I actually ordered next time.
As soon as you walk in it smells like a picnic barbecue grill is in the kitchen…. I love that they have Hot Peppers on deck.. haven’t tasted the food yet but .. I’ll update ya
