It was good food. And lots of fun. You should go with my friends!

Updated to correct the price of the salad. I've never had really bad Korean food...until now. We ordered the bibimbap, beef bulgogi, side platter and salad for delivery .All the banchan were bland and most were actually tasteless. For instance, the potato salad was just some mashed up potato. No mayo, no salt, not even the ubiquitous frozen mixed veg that you get everywhere else. The pickled radish wasn't salty or sour enough, nor were the assorted veg in the bibimbap. Even the kimchi was lacking in flavor and the cucumber was just soggy and nasty. And the portions were tiny. Came in the little sauce cups that hold about a quarter cup. Four of those little containers came to $4.50!Someone else mentioned the rice. Wow! It was dry and awful. Even the mound of rice under the meat and veg in the bibimbap was dry. Makes me wonder what they do for Korean brown rice.The salad $8 was about 2 cups of leaf lettuce I'm being generous , with a grating of cabbage, two grape tomatoes, and a tiny container of watery white dressing.The meats were seasoned a little better, but then there wasn't much of them.Altogether a very disappointing and expensive meal. I don't mind dropping some cash for Korean BBQ, but we expect the food to be good isn't the deliciousness the reason we eat it? So we'll stick to eating at So Moon Nan Jib and a few other joints, and leave Sumi Korean BBQ alone.

Had an amazing experience at Sumi! The ambiance was lively, and the staff were friendly. The quality of the meats was top notch. The banchan were delicious. Definitely a must try for BBQ enthusiasts!

The army stew was really yummy and has lots of ingredients!!!! Will bring friends to try their bbq next time!

I was here with my friends for dinner. The place was nice and clean. We ordered the feast to share, it’s good enough portion. It’s not AYCE, but so much better quality. I don’t like overly sweet meat, but their marinated meat has good balance. Great experience!
