First time trying this hidden gem. The pastry chef Misato is extremely hard working operating out of a shared commercial kitchen..no storefront. Ordered a custom 8 Strawberry Chocolate Cake and it turned out really nice. The cake was light and very delicious. Her cakes are also not overly sweet which I really appreciate. I tried their black sesame shortbread cookies! They were amazing and I didn’t even share! I picked these up at the PCC in West Seattle!
I order the strawberry cake and Japanese soufflé cheesecake. I personally liked the strawberry cake more but the cheesecake was also very good. The strawberry cake is very moist and the cheese cake was very light. I got them for my sister and dad birthday and everyone in my family got upset with me for not getting bigger cake. Loved and would def. recommend Misato who put lots of time energy to make me the cake when I asked just days before I needed them.
We tried this from PCC Edmonds and it was delicious!
I was introduced to the raspberry panna cotta for Valentine’s Day this year. Wow. So yummy.
We ordered a custom strawberry shortcake for our daughter's birthday. It was really pretty and delicious! The cake looks very professional and tastes just like ones in Japan:
