If you're in search of the best veggie broth, this is the place to go! I know a mall might not be the first spot you'd think of for tasty pho, but this place is a hidden gem. And their spring rolls are absolutely delicious! The service is consistently excellent too! View all feedback.
Just had an afternoon veggie pho and I loved it, the taste was great, it had lots of veggies inside. The girl working there was nice. I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews but I liked the place.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this hidden gem in the food court! Everything was fresh, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it! We enjoyed spring rolls, a delicious fresh sandwich, and grilled tofu—all of it was fantastic!
While it's small by restaurant standards, it feels spacious for a food court. There's a little bar with TVs above, along with about 20 small tables that can accommodate up to four guests. The service was a bit hurried, but it was fast, efficient, and friendly. Given the bustling mall atmosphere and our need to catch a movie, I appreciated the straightforward approach—kudos to the staff for keeping it simple. The decor is basic but nicer than the spots around it. I liked being able to quickly enter and find a seat away from all the foot traffic, unlike many other options in the Southcenter food court. The food was affordable, light, and quite tasty. I ordered a Vietnamese sandwich and an egg roll, while my family enjoyed some soup. Everyone left happy. I would definitely recommend this place as a must-visit in the Southcenter food court in Tukwilla.
