I asked him to repeat it three times, and eac... read more Tonight, the male manager took my order, but he spoke so quickly when repeating it that I couldn’t understand him. I asked him to repeat it three times, and each time I told him I couldn’t understand, yet he continued speaking just as fast. He kept asking, "Anything else? Anything else?" There was only one car ahead of me with no one inside, so I don’t understand the rush. When I mentioned to the cashier that I found the manager rude, she said he would just yell at me. The cashier then told me to come here to file a complaint.

I understand the need for price increases due to inflation, but when you raise prices and reduce portion sizes, it definitely hurts your business. I was shocked at how much smaller the burritos have become on my last visit. I won’t be coming here anymore unless your app offers a free item to make it worthwhile, which rarely happens. You've lost a loyal customer, Del Taco!
