The polenta dish was gluten free and really good! The owner also made a great effort to understand what I needed as a coeliac to be safe. Definitely would good back.

I thought... read more I stayed here in September and the owner of the Hotel is extremely easy going and very accommodating. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are great. I thought we had booked two separate beds, but it was one large one and I was traveling with a friend. The owner changed our room at no charge to a larger room with separate beds as well as separate rooms. He also didn't mind about when we checked out since many people had canceled due to weather. It was this kind of attitude and accommodation that was really above and beyond what was expected. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was decent, but could have a greate... read more Room was nice and very recently renovated. There was a large balcony that had a nice view of the nearby mountains. Breakfast was decent, but could have a greater variety. It's a small hotel though, so it's understandable that not everything is available on breakfast. Service wise, it was mostly friendly, but most of the staff doesn't speak english, so it was sometimes a bit challenging to communicate. Restaurant serves good food, and overall seemed good with a mix of locals and tourists. But again staff didn't really speak english so that limited the experience little bit. The hotel also doesn't seem to respond to emails, which is a bit weird. Paid parking is possible at the nearby public parking places. No idea if the hotel has parking places somewhere else, this is one of the things that the staff didn't understand and also the hotel didn't respond in the emails.
