Herzog Ulrich - Tübingen

I went to lunch with a friend here. eating was nice, but a little limited in options. However, this was a lunch menu that was to be expected. my friend had some vegan pasta and was very impressed. in the summer it is nice to sit outside and watch the people. eating is a bit expensive, but they're on the spot!

The service was friendly. The meals we choose tasted good. The location is relaxing especially on hot days

I made a mistake in using the salt, they called me out as being stupid', i called them out for calling me stupid, i was told to leave, wtf?!

Was there with a colleague. We started with the tapas, which were great. The main was a bit a disappointment, we had the Argentinian steak which was a bit though. The audience was alternative/hipster/free minded and of an elderly age

This is a great restaurant close to the french quarter in Tubingen, The food is mostly traditional Swabian food but the new owner/chef brings flavors from other kitchens he has worked in around the world (even a Michelin star restaurant I believe) this combination makes...for a tasty menu. a meal here is very reasonably priced too, and if you come here in summer there is a really nice beer garden.
