Dinner was easygoing, not to difficult to get a place on a Sunday evening. Prices are fair for Switzerland and you will enjoy the nice terrace if you’re here for a drink or something to eat

The waitress said to us that the coffee machine was already clean and so they would not do this for us. The closing time is at 14:00. How is this a good service?

Everything was fine up to this poi... read more This restaurant was recommended to us and so we went there completely unprepared and of course made a reservation in advance. Everything was fine up to this point, but when we arrived at 1:45 p.m. there was only a VERY SMALL menu left, with two starters and two main courses and then it was really difficult when you're traveling with a 91 year old lady decent food, especially if it's supposed to be a celebratory Sunday. In addition, the service was not only just adequate, but also unpleasant as was the ambience, which was far too dark. However, it should be noted that despite the very cold weather, it was very warm up there. We rarely had to deal with any service staff from the higher guard and so we called in because, in our opinion, the way things were going on at our table was simply unbearable as a paying guest. Considering that we drove there specifically from Lake Zurich, it was really an absolute fiasco. However, the quality of the food was really very good, so there was nothing to complain about when it finally came to the table. It is also very positive to mention that there is more than enough parking space around the restaurant. But if the service staff talk louder than the guests and then neglect them and then have to be reminded by the guests that this is not possible, I find it absolutely unacceptable to have to be served like that. We ticked it off like this by saying that we were there three times: the first, the only and the last time we promise!
