Special deserts including one called eruption of the Bardenas the “badlands” north of Tudela) which starts with spun sugar set on fire and ending with coffee ice cream shaped like one of the Bardenas key features.

It's a must-try if you want to taste the amazing local vegetables and traditional dishes, but with a modern twist. Very surprising, creative and flavorful dishes. I especially liked the cucumber/melon salad and of course the Tomate Feo salad, which is the best tomato you will ever taste. The millefeuille with Baba ganoush, coffee and piquillo pepper is a work of art. The service is fast, attentive and very professional. This menu is a unique experience in Tudela, highly recommended.

There is a correct place to eat and enjoy food. They aren't cook new cuisine but vegetables are very good and staft are so friendly and correct. I really I will come back because daily menu for 17€ with the quality they provide is really strange to find
