Place was remodeled so it had a fresh updated streamlined look. Had a newer all in one coke machine for drinks. Was a little understaffed for a Sunday so food took a bit to come out. The guy up front taking orders needed some more training but over all food was fresh. View all feedback.
What Bob Johnson doesn't like about Wendy's:
I have been intending to try the croissant and biscuits here for some time, finally made it this morning... I've got to say, one of the worst breakfast experiences I've had. The biscuit seems to be microwaved from frozen, spongey, not flaky how a biscuit should be. Did not get to try the croissant because of how disgusting it looks, I can't tell if it's a bunch of butter or a certain type of cheese they're using, but... View all feedback.
They're slow, then a snail. the workers have no training to change with customers they do not recognize or even sound as if they want to burn at work, they are just zombies!
Wendy's used to be my go to spot after work ordered a bourbon burger received food posion for the next 2 days
I order through their app and always customize it to feed my picky family and so far every order is right on point! Yes maybe not everytime they will get it right but compared to Red Robin's app, Mc Donald's app, AND Burger King's app they always get something wrong every order we try. Even when it's just myself...really guys??? I give this staff here a huge thanks and shout out for making the effort in my big and small meals! I definitely will return even if mistakes are made, like I said no ones perfect but this staff is no joke compared to the others I mentioned. Thanks guys!!!
I got an salate today. they gave me the bag and when I opened it, they were everywhere at night! we drove back quickly and got a refund, but the saddest part is when we went into it, the conditions of the restaurant were unorderly and simply totally rough. they did not even notice the ants when they put the dressing and croutons in the pocket. huge difference when we were there a month ago to sit and eat. I love wendy’s and I am sad that I had this experience and will not feel comfortable going back.
Every time I go to this wendy, there's a problem. When I went this time, the credit card machines did not work and they only accepted cash. it really would not have disturbed me unless they had no common courtesy or professionalism to put out a sign or stand out there and let the people know how they came through the drive-thru. So I waited for 15 minutes for nothing because I was trapped. then the car has to wait for her to eat before me and at this time wendys didn't let her move around so that I could just go instead of holding the drive-thru and laughing at me. I will submit a company complaint and sell all my shares in this company and whoever runs this site should hire more professional and less bitter people.
