Along the fast road to 12 and Valencia, there is a cashier that always directs me to another window. I was puzzled as to why I had to go to this specific window, but the cashier ignored my questions. When I mentioned that another worker had not directed me there, she once again ignored me. Carolina W., they should not have customers stop themselves and should improve their rude behavior with comprehensive customer service training.

I requested the staff to scan my card before I paid so that I could receive my 10 cent per gallon discount, as I normally do when I visit this establishment. When I informed the workers that they had not applied my discount, they started speaking to me in Spanish, as if they did not understand me. When I responded in Spanish, they still pretended not to understand and instead blamed me for the mistake. How is it my fault that the worker did not do their job properly? It is clear that they were being dishonest from the beginning. This will be my last time dining at this restaurant.

They consistently start the pump at 0.03 before you even begin using it, making me wonder how much money they make each day by essentially taking an extra 0.03 cents from every customer!
