Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The service was great from start to finish, the servers and workers make sure everything was made on time very fast I should say. The food and beer was great. Honestly they had the best blue moon on draft I've had in a while. Kaleigh was outstanding and I appreciate that a lot, being that we don't get great service nowadays anymore! So she definitely went above and beyond!

Our server was amazing, Oscar was very on top of his game. I've honestly never had a server that attended to us quickly and as much as he did, he made sure we had everything we wanted or needed. Definitely going to eat there again, by the way it was our first time!

Food was 90% to expectations. Ordered a Guacamole Bacon Burger; which I substituted avocado slices for the guacamole. Avocado was not completely ripe; but other than that, very good and cooked as ordered. I ordered a tropical drink; which was almost pure alcohol undrinkable…so sent it back. The Manager helped with that situation. Service was good, almost timely every time. Atmosphere was good!

Went for the Tower of Onion Rings. Had a burger with steak fries as well. Burger was so greasy from the grilled onions that the bottom bun was soaked and a pool on the plate.Service was bad. Wait was long for the food, no check in, no refills of drinks.I won't be back.My 2¢

This is a gourmet burger restaurant. I couldn 't get a burger medium rare. The server said they only serve burgers medium well, 160°. Seriously?? We left. I never had this happen in San Antonio Red Robins. Shameful!
