We arrived at the restaurant and seated ourselves as there were no other customers. The waiter brought us our drinks, but 15 minutes later when we tried to place our order, he said they were busy and understaffed. Despite there being only 4 workers, we placed our order for a supreme pizza and a ham sandwich. He brought us a pepperoni pizza instead, which we had to send back for the correct order. So we request a personal size pizza with no crust and 25 minutes later the nice waitress says her GM made it herself. The small pizza had crust. Not sure what part was not understood but maybe we did not specify enough. View all feedback.
Pizza Hut has the best pizza in Tucson. The crust is flavorful, the sauce has the perfect blend of spices. The pepperoni is crisp. The breadsticks are to die for and their marinara sauce is incredible. We go there at least once a week. They are consistent and very professional.
The pizza flavor, temperature and appearance was , as usual, exceptional. The young lady that brought out to my car was very courteous and friendly. So rare these days. Kudos to her and the entire staff at the La Cholla Pizza Hut
Amazing employees. I came in a few nights ago and was confused about the deals and how much my order was coming out to be and the young blonde male (Steven) at the counter was so patient with me, very friendly, and got my confusing order spot on. Thanks so much Pizza Hut at Ina La Cholla! They also don’t skimp on toppings. Will be returning with my family
I recently placed my first order at this restaurant in approximately 10 years, and unfortunately, they still do not meet my expectations. I ordered two pizzas for $5.99 each, and to my disappointment, the quality was lacking. When I picked up my order, I was offered some parmesan cheese and pepper packets, which seemed excessive for just two large pizzas. The crust was thin and dense, unlike the more puffy crust I remember. It seemed like they may have used medium dough and stretched it out to make a large pizza without adding yeast, resulting in a lack of flavor. In comparison, I believe Domino's and Little Caesars offer better value for the price, even with their medium-sized pizzas. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again for another 10 years. Overall, a disappointing experience.
The food was enjoyable, but the service was lacking. I recommend skipping the coffee and water.
