This caused our lettuce wrap to be delayed and our entre arrived just seconds after the appetizer. Our server, Madison, was quick to realize our problem and offered to assist in any way possible. The manager, Patricia, came to our table and corrected the situation by ordering another entre, the Crispy Honey Shrimp, which was fantastic. My compliments to Patricia and the staff for the birthday card and special table setting. Madison, our server, was pleasant and professional with a great smile. Patricia greeted us upon arrival and wished me Happy Birthday by name. It was a nice touch. P J Chang's is one of our favorite restaurants in Tucson. Since we lived in Asia for years and miss the Asian cuisine, P F Chang's is our "Go To" for their specialties. Highly recommend frequent visits there

My husband ordered his usual, Cheng's Spicy Chicken with steamed white rice, and he had no complaints whatsoever. I opted for the Wok Fired Filet Mignon, which was simply phenomenal. This dish fully satisfied my craving for steak, featuring an 8oz filet marinated in a rich black pepper butter sauce, served with cubed fried rustic potatoes and onions, all drizzled with a perfect lime-garlic vinaigrette. It was every bit as mouthwatering as it sounds! We left feeling content and ready to relax at home.

While it is somewhat pricier, the quality of the food and the overall experience, along with the excellent upkeep of the establishment, make the prices completely justifiable. I would wholeheartedly recommend it—100 out of 100! If you're on the fence, trying it once or twice won't disappoint you. It's also very family-friendly!

Japanese old fashioned was a great drink. Not too sweet and had a Smokey flavor. Had thesalmon as well and it was perfectly cooked. Hot and sour soup here is one of the best around. Great service topped it off!! Great place to bring a date.

I believe I had 3 swallows and the $13.00 drink was gone. The restaurant charged extra for fried rice, brown and whitewas no extra cost. Was told the cost of the fried rice would be $3.50 per serving, when we received the bill for the meal theycharged $4.50 for fried rice. The service was not the best either, staff was not attentive. Probably won't go back. I have foundbetter value elsewhere.

It wasn't particularly flavorful, but it was okay. However, the Kung Pao Brussels sprouts were excellent!
