Light on and two employees sit near the window. no sign on the door, but that closed. the workers do not look at us or tell us why they are locked. fahrt thru h... read more Light on and two employees sit near the window. no sign on the door, but that closed. the workers do not look at us or tell us why they are locked. fahrt thru has cones in gone. says they are open on the website. say also about 4 to 5 other cars try to find out why the doors are locked and why the drive thru is locked. no interaction of employees.

The employees... read more When we arrived, the lights were on, and two employees were sitting by the windows, but the door was locked and there was no sign explaining why. The employees didn’t acknowledge us or provide any information about the situation. The drive-thru was blocked by cones, and the website indicated they were open. There were also about 4 or 5 other cars in the same predicament, all trying to figure out why the doors were locked and the drive-thru was obstructed. Unfortunately, there was no interaction from the employees at all.

I believe that problems can only be resolved... read more I've had my share of issues with this location in the past, but until recently, it was the closest one to my home. I believe that problems can only be resolved when they're brought to attention, and whenever I encountered an issue, I made sure to inform the management, who always tried to make things right, which I appreciated. It often seems like this place is extremely crowded, both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant, so they might just be overwhelmed. I'm glad to hear a new location will be opening soon in the Tucson Marketplace off Kino—hopefully, that will help alleviate some of the pressure.
