In a recent review roundup, a popular American Chinese restaurant garnered mixed feedback from diners. Many criticized the inconsistency in food quality and portion sizes, particularly noting unsatisfactory takeout and delivery experiences where items were missing or insufficient. Complaints about rude staff and limited menu options were common. However, some patrons praised the restaurant for its improved service and consistent quality under new chefs. While certain dishes, like the honey shrimp, received accolades, others, such as the lo mein and egg rolls, fell flat in flavor. Overall, the restaurant remains a convenient option but with notable areas for improvement.

Just ordered togo and found a dead cockroach in our bag with the food. Major health code violation. I recommended you stay clear of this location

Service really good this time. Egg rolls taste different some kind of a spice I can't put my taste bud on it but I didn't like. Lo mein was fresh but kind of tasteless! The shrimp was really good I had three entrees of shrimp the one with the honey andpecan

When a customer orders a bigger plate and you don't have enough of an item to give, you think you may want to get with the customer so they can change to another item. The plate with rice was just a plate and a good amount of rice. The chow mein was the bigger plate and not even close to prior orders.

Unfortunately, this isn't my first bad experience at this location. This time, I placed an online order for a family meal. After waiting 30 minutes, I went in to pick up my food, only to find that I had to wait over 30 more minutes for them to prepare it, making it a full hour since I placed the order. Before leaving with my food, I asked if they had included enough sauce packets for my order (which was intended for the whole family). I was given just one Sweet and Sour packet for six egg rolls and one teriyaki sauce for an entire carton of chicken. I won’t be returning, no matter how convenient the location may be.

Awful experience. I've been getting drive-thru orders for a while, but today I spent $25 on food, and I expect to receive what I paid for. I ordered honey walnut shrimp and didn’t receive any walnuts. I also specifically requested hot mustard and soy sauce, but didn’t get those either. My advice? If you have the time, go inside to order, as the drive-thru staff seem to be quite incompetent.
