I went through the drive-thru to take my food home, and I ordered $25 worth of food. I ordered honey walnut shrimp, but there wasn't a single walnut in it. I specifically asked for hot mustard and soy sauce, but didn't receive it. If the restaurant can't do better, I don't recommend eating there.

The egg rolls had a distinctive flavor, likely due to some spices I couldn't pinpoint, but I didn't find them particularly enjoyable. The lo mein was fresh, yet it was lacking in flavor. On a brighter note, the shrimp dishes were outstanding, especially the one with honey and pecans, which I ended up ordering three times.

However, I found that many menu items were unavailable, and the food that was offered looked stale. When I inquired about the possibility of waiting for the dishes I wanted to be cooked, I was informed that everything was out of stock, despite there being no signage to indicate that. The two female employees at the front exchanged glances as if they were in on some sort of agreement to mislead me. Frustrated by one of them correcting me with a forced smile, I decided to leave. I didn't see anyone working in the kitchen, and as I was exiting, I spotted an employee smoking out back, which made me wonder if they were the absent cook. Compared to other Panda Express locations, the portions here were noticeably smaller. Additionally, I noticed that they were already beginning to pack up an hour before closing time and were unwilling to prepare fresh food, only offering what was left. I had anticipated a better experience in the morning, but I was sadly mistaken. This was, without a doubt, the worst Panda Express location I've ever visited.

Unfortunately, most of the food was unavailable, and what was on display looked stale. I asked if I could wait for the specific items I wanted to be cooked, but was informed that those options had been discontinued—yet there was no sign indicating this. The two girls at the front exchanged glances, as if they were coordinating their response. One of them addressed me as "love," but I politely corrected her, letting her know she was not my "love" with a smile. There was no cook in sight, so I decided to thank them and let them know I was changing my mind. As I left, I noticed an employee smoking out back, which I presumed was the missing cook. This Panda Express offers much smaller portions compared to locations in the northwest. I've been there an hour before closing, and they still wouldn't prepare new food, only offering what was left. I had hoped that the morning would provide a different experience, but I was mistaken. This is by far the worst Panda Express location I've ever visited!

I've been getting drive-thru orders for a while, but today I spent $25 on food, and I expect to receive what I paid for. I ordered honey walnut shrimp and didn’t receive any walnuts. I also specifically requested hot mustard and soy sauce, but didn’t get those either. My advice? If you have the time, go inside to order, as the drive-thru staff seem to be quite incompetent.
