The plate with rice was just a plate and a good amount of rice. The chow mein was the bigger plate and not even close to prior orders.

After waiting 30 minutes, I went in to pick up my food, only to find that I had to wait over 30 more minutes for them to prepare it, making it a full hour since I placed the order. Before leaving with my food, I asked if they had included enough sauce packets for my order (which was intended for the whole family). I was given just one Sweet and Sour packet for six egg rolls and one teriyaki sauce for an entire carton of chicken. I won’t be returning, no matter how convenient the location may be.

I've been getting drive-thru orders for a while, but today I spent $25 on food, and I expect to receive what I paid for. I ordered honey walnut shrimp and didn’t receive any walnuts. I also specifically requested hot mustard and soy sauce, but didn’t get those either. My advice? If you have the time, go inside to order, as the drive-thru staff seem to be quite incompetent.
