Love this mercado. We always stop to eat at Seis Kitchen when we drive through Tucson. There is also a nice bakery that we like to stop at for dessert after we eat. I love the comfortable outdoor seating. View all feedback.
What Lynne Price doesn't like about Mercado San Agustin:
Very price, good bakery with reasonable prices, nice items. Clothing, other shops were exorbitant. 75$ for brass or bronze earrngs that werr flat snakes. Food pricey. 2nd time we've been there over 2 yrs. Not too interesting. View all feedback.
Burger and fish and chips. Fish and batter flavorless, burger was good, prefer non skinny fries. ****** Mary was good
Our favorite meeting place in Tucson’s historic barrio district. Honestly, a book should be written about how the west side of old Tucson has literally exploded over the past 5 years, it’s almost unrecognizable (in a good way) from the desert wasteland of the mid 2000’s. This can be attributed to the growing community of creative restaurateurs and boutique owners who not only honor the Spanish legacy of southern Arizona but have worked to see it reborn and thrive. The Mercado at San Agustin is the perfect place to gather for food, drink, shopping, weekend flea markets, and antiquing… you can literally make a day of it and never leave this burgeoning barrio haven.
I visit Mercado San Agustin Because Dolce Pastello has the best cakes
