What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
We drove through the drive-thru and were greeted with a level of unprofessionalism that was surprising. The place was empty, yet the blonde employee seemed to rush us as if it were peak hour. There were also issues with entering our order regarding food restrictions, and they added unrelated extras to our order. This restaurant has an incredible location and wonderful coworkers. However, there are some customers who feel entitled and act like they deserve special treatment, often making it difficult for the staff. The employees here deal with a lot of daily challenges while trying to maintain a positive attitude, despite the negativity from a few.
