High prices, ordered a small Niño small ciruela raspado Total $12, good flavor, not very nice customer service, although it was not a busy night the cashiers weren’t too friendly, busy chatting amongst themselves! Didn’t offer any assistance with the menu selection or suggestions and actually rudely skipped our place in line. Place is fairly clean, parking lot is small crowded, small outside sitting area available. Would like for “ popular” places to retain good customer service standards they had prior to having a higher clientele!

I like to order the respado fresas they always make them so good I love the way they taste.The ladies are always really nice giving great service.

If I could give a zero I would, food quality is the worst I’ve tried it more than once and all times seem to disappoint me, but this last time i am done with this place, raspado was room tem with no fruit, and my chips with cheese were soggy! I wasted almost 50 bucks here all to just throw it in trash. I am so disappointed!!!

They have around 5 girls working there and take forever to make an order, around 25min to be exact, I would understand if they were busy but store was not full. The elote preparado wasn’t the greatest, it came with like 10 chips, I’m sure they didn’t use the whole bag of Tostitos. Never going back and I don’t recommend it to anyone! I see by reading their reviews, I’m not the only person that was unhappy with their service. Save yourself your time and money go somewhere else!
