I had high hopes when we got there but that plummeted fast. Menu has been whittled down compared to how it used to be. We didn 't even get the discussion menu. Apparently training in the back we were told. So food was edible but wasn 't right. Eggs over cooked, eggs undercooked toast not really toasted hash browns not done to order. Waitress was a pleasure for a minute, then became scattered once more people showed up. Kept forgetting us and things. Wrong jelly, no syrup pancakes didn 't show up until meal almost eaten. Asked for another carafe of coffee as we weren 't ready to leave, she brought it in a to go cup. We never got a ceramic cup for coffee because she said they are gross and look dirty that 's always a great thing. Prices are high but it was late and we were starving. Watched them bring wrong food and almost burnt chicken tenders to someone.If you 're a rewards person you don 't get them because they give you the wrong receipt and you can 't get your pan coins. Give it a try if you dare. I won 't be back

However, this particular IHOP has the best waitress we have had the pleasure of serving us in the IHOP locations we have visited, her name isBarbie. Pleasant, alert, responsive , anticipates needs like no other we've experienced. We had sworn off IHOP, but, decided togive this one last location try, due to the fact that my 91 year old Uncle used to love IHOP, and they did not dissapoint .Thank you Barbie, well see you soon.
