I placed an order through Uber. Uber did great. IHOP is different store. I order 2 chicken fried steak breakfast. We’ll I got 2 teaspoons of Cold gravy per order my egg over hard and I order over medium. It was bad. They are not taking proud in their food. I well Not go or order from them again. I came early for an order that I put online and the staff was very attentive. they did everything they could to assemble my order more quickly. I told them I was early and it was good that I would wait, but they still have my order ready quickly. the food was delicious and fresh.
It seems to be cold very cold at each restaurant. Service fluctuates greatly.Usually less than satisfactory. However, this particular IHOP has the best waitress we have had the pleasure of serving us in the IHOP locations we have visited, her name is Barbie. Pleasant, alert, responsive , anticipates needs like no other we've experienced. We had sworn off IHOP, but, decided to give this one last location try, due to the fact that my 91 year old Uncle used to love IHOP, and they did not dissapoint . Thank you Barbie, well see you soon.
I was excited when we arrived at the restaurant but quickly became disappointed. The menu had been reduced compared to before and we weren't even given the specials menu. The food was okay but not perfect - the eggs were overcooked or undercooked, the toast was barely toasted, and the hash browns weren't cooked to order. The waitress was friendly at first but became forgetful and scattered as more customers arrived. She kept mixing up our orders and forgetting things. The pancakes arrived late and without syrup, and when we asked for more coffee, it was brought in a to-go cup because the waitress thought the ceramic cups were dirty. The prices were high and although we were starving, the quality of the food did not match the cost. We saw them deliver the wrong food and almost burnt chicken tenders to another table. If you're a rewards member, be prepared to not receive your points due to incorrect receipts. Give it a try if you're feeling adventurous, but I will not be returning.
The service and food were excellent, but unfortunately the restrooms were filthy despite dirty silverware.
