Guadalajara's Grill - Tucson

The food was excellent, and the service was prompt, however, the server did forget to bring us tortillas, and a cheese crisp that we had ordered until he was reminded. The arroz con pollo was wonderful, and the fried ice cream was the perfect finisher for the evening.

2nd time here.....Hebert was a great waiter!! The ambiance and noise level was good. Was there around 5pm.....busy but not overly. My meal was steak ranchero and I enjoyed it. My wife ordered coconut shrimp....it arrived overcooked/dark brown/ almost burnt. It should not have been served to us. We should have returned it, but didn't as we were with a group of people. But it wasn't good, so disappointing. Watermelon margarita's are great....everything else was good. Will go back, but next time I would return the bad meal if it happened again. They lost some cred with us due to the meal.

I'm happy to report that we had a great experience during our first visit. The food, the service and the ambiance were very good. We will definitely be back.

Always great food. Waiter was great, but had too big of a section to cover. Still one of our favorites.
