The breakfast here is fantastic! There’s definitely something for everyone in the family, including made-to-order omelets, pancakes, French toast, waffles, ham steak, grits, corned beef hash, Menudo, and much more. As we were leaving, I noticed they were refreshing the buffet! The various fried chicken options caught my eye, especially the Nashville Hot chicken. We’ll definitely be back for our next visit! What Jermey Johns doesn't like about Golden Corral Buffet Grill:
I got fried chicken. It was really hot and fresh. The salad bar was ok. The veggies and other meats/entrees looked old, like they had been sitting out. The corn was cold. The cake has hard like it was several days old. The worst was I had severe stomach problems that night. For a large family of 3 adults and 4 kids it was $100. We can eat elsewhere and get better food. View all feedback.
Good food and selection. Some could be fresher, and it'd be nice if it was a little cheaper, but everything has gone up these days. One of the best buffets in town. We go back 2-3 times a year for events.
Was very very surprised by the quality of food. Hadn't been there since the beginning of the evil virus and didn't know what to expect. It was a very pleasant experience...from being checked in, service, food quality and taste. Thank you.
Great experience in tucson! we visited the city and planned an evening meal in another restaurant. we drove past nothis buffet and both said at the same time oh, golden corral . we turned the car around and enjoyed courteous server, good eating and a reasonable price. the steak guy asked me how I wanted my steak. I gave him my description of how I wanted to get my steak and he took it up to cook exactly as I demanded. it was delicious! the chicken was cooked properly and the whole experience made it for a great dinner. I would go back!
This place was not the same when I was little. no great personalities, 1 refill, do not eat the same tasty and toilets were absolutely disgusting. the waitress came through once and that was it. I get there are other people eating and they could be busy, but it's hard to come and pick up or ask if they need a refill. there was only one stall that could actually be used, except that they were disgusting and disordered.
On the basis of my experience, I would rate this one star, but I still have beautiful memories of this place, which is why I did not decide about a star. I wasn't with golden corral in what feels like old. but I liked it as a child, so I decided to take my family for lunch. the experience was quite different. of what I remember as a child, there were no friendly faces, no smiles, that would have been good if the waiter and waiter had been at least attentive and competent. we had to refill several times and see that our server has brought our drinks to the wrong table, which I would normally take as an honest mistake. this happened twice and no apology or accountability. only a subtle laugh and finally our drinks after the third time we asked. Also, a big problem was eating that, I am not sure if it could only have been the time we were going by chance that we ended at 15 o'clock on Sunday afternoon, but eating was terrible. in any case not as I remembered. everything was quite stable and even after sufficient time there were little to no servings, which I think is a buffet of 30 minutes. I understand there are many people who eat at any time and get constantly food but again, that is not an excuse. I do not often make bad reviews about everything, if at all, I make good reviews to places I give second chances. who knows I could try this place in the late future again and then update my review but for now, this place definitiw a bad taste in my mouth. I also want to add that this review is not a reflection of the restaurant as a whole. all the experiences could have been different from my family and I. it is only for me personally I feel a lot of things about quality and I speak not only about eating, quality of the staff has gone drastically down.
