What Olivia Garza doesn't like about Dunkin':
Decided to take my nieces for a Friday treat today and was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. Flies are everywhere, including in the donuts but the staff doesn’t seem to care.Apparently it’s a known issue because the windows have fly traps with tons of flies stuck to them right next to tables. Very unappetizing to say the least. View all feedback.
Incompetent employees. Knew nothing about the menu and offered hot tea when it’s 115 degrees. Couldn’t answer any questions and wouldn’t elaborate on anything on the menu.
Sam was happy and smiling the whole time through a rush of customers and although a little flustered bc the owner was there still maintained composure and deserves to be recognized. Good Job. Keep up the good work and attitude.

I love coming to this restaurant on weekend mornings. The service is great, the food is hot, and the overall experience is fantastic!
The issues with this order were all from Dunkins. GrubHub, on the other hand, did an excellent job. I had ordered two sandwiches with white cheddar, but they came with American cheese instead. Some people might argue that cheese is cheese, but I personally can't stand American cheese and it completely ruined my meal. I couldn't even eat it. To the chef who made my sandwich: American cheese is orange, while white cheddar is, well... white. Did you not notice the difference?
