I took two of my daughters out for pizza and Italian sodas while we watched a movie at the Century Gateway. We ordered the pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! It had a lovely thin crust and came with six generous slices. We enjoyed our drinks, and the bartender was incredibly friendly. We all love visiting this place before or after movies, or even just to play games in the loft! View all feedback.
What Gary D doesn't like about Dry River Co:
The pizza was tasty, but the building itself is in poor condition. The railing could use a fresh coat of paint, and while the paper towel dispenser has been reattached, the wall behind it hasn’t been fixed. A movie poster was simply tacked to the bathroom wall. This is a nice slice of Tucson. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. The pizza is a must and they have some cool drinks to try along with it. I believe they still have live music on weekend evenings. The loft sitting area is fun for small groups. You should drop in after a cheap seat movie next door or vise versa. It's worth a shot, and there's nothing to lose; you just might find a regular spot to munch and chill.
The food was delicious and fresh. Beer and beverage selection were great. The server/gardener was very friendly and accommodating. He gave us many great tips and advice about the area. If you're in Tucson, you have to look at this little place. 5 stars all the way (my husband still talks about it).
We ordered a turkey sandwich and a chicken breast sandwich, both were amazing. I had a high West Bourbon Manhattan, only 7 dollars, also amazing. Very recommended.
Simple, relaxed atmosphere with delicious wood-fired pizza. Happy hour brewing was $2,50!
The pizza was good. the building has expired. railing needs color. paper towel dispenser was reassembled, but the wall was not repaired. a filmposter was tied to the badwand. I'm thinking about coming back.
