I had a late lunch on Friday, February 18, 2022. The place was a little messy, especially since the lunch rush had already passed. I ordered the quesadilla with chips and salsa, and I enjoyed a free soda thanks to the rewards app. They have made some changes to the quesadilla, and it seemed a bit smaller, but now it comes with three sides. Really disappointed. Most of the food was out by 8pm and the portions definitely suffered for it. When I paid with cash, the cashier said the wrong change as she was handing it back to me and corrected herself which wouldn't have been a problem if she had handed me the correct change. She only shorted me 3 cents but the fact that she looked me in the face and told me that it was the correct amount rubbed me wrong. View all feedback.
If this place was more organized and clean with their stuff I wouldn't be making this complaint but the whole point of getting sofritas is to not eat meat but when I took a bite into my burrito guess what I get, a fat piece of chicken! I tried calling the store multiple times but the horrible automated voice message system is trash and wouldn't let and I live 20 minutes from this chipotle. I truly don't understand why as a food business why you would have real meat and fake meat right next to each other this chipotle is a joke as well as the staff.
Food is consistent with every other Chipotle. However this location is the joke of our household because they famously, never ever ever ever get a delivery or pick up order correct. Even my tiny kids make jokes when one of them keeps messing up, saying their like Chipotle. Tonight, my partner’s bowl included 1 fajita. I don’t mean a whole fajita, I mean one sliver. Plus, his investment in extra meat was wasted barely even a regular portion of meat. His bowl was a bit of meat, one fajita, and a bit of cheese and sour cream. We opened up his bowl and just burst out laughing, it was so comical. My kids say “classic Chipotle!” My salad had no salad dressing. Every single order, every time, without fail something is missing or messed up. 100% success rate in messing up.This store really really really needs to implement some metrics to review orders for pick up and delivery, to ensure they are accurate and complete.
I love the personal here and I am a huge chipotle fan. this place is always out of something. it almost never fails. it began to be an important thema in the last months. it's at the point where I was in the line. Come forward, start my order, then I'll tell me what the 86 list looks like. I would love nothing more than to come back to this review and change it to the 5 stars it should have. that will happen if they are not consistent with rice! Whoever is here, please! I know you can do it better. I will visit my favorite chipotle a few more times in the month. help me change these stars. I look forward to improving.
Terrible experience. I spend a lot of money with this place as my company often used it for team dinners. recently the service was the worst. Today I was served pampered guacamole and acidic cream with objects inside that should not have been within the acid cream. the staff had also filthy aprons that touch the eating as they prepare it. I asked that the guacamole should be removed from the order and was calculated twice for the spoiled guacamole. they also forgot the extra tortilla I requested. when I expressed my feelings about the experience, abbigail argued with me as if I was lying about my experience. she has given me for one because in the handle to talk to a manager (emma), then the manager told me that the location had left for the night. abbigail refused to give her own name, although I found her information when looking at my acknowledgement. I really can't believe I was treated like that. it is really regrettable how hostile the customer service field (this place in particular) has become customers who decide to spend their time and money with them.
I've been to this place a few times, sometimes I use my app and order, twice I showed and someone else just caught my order. this is not something that could be controlled by their workers, as they just placed the commands on a rule. overall, eating is good, the quality does not seem as big as some of the other chipotle’s and that’s just because the huh seems warm instead of hot in the sofritas it seems as if for a day compared to some of the other chipotle I’m going to. but this is not every time I come here, so I give them three stars. it's not as clean as they like, but again that maybe the times I showed up and it's clean all the others?
