Lotus Grill has been a go-to for some time now. We were concerned when we found out that there has been a change in owner, but decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it seems they decided to change all of their recipes and also significantly increased their prices. Nothing tasted the same. Service with fast and friendly, food was good. Been here many times always consistent. This is a Coke place if you've never been. I usually get a burrito bowl I enjoy it. There are plenty of gluten-free options here.
As someone that actually works here a lot of y’all entitled people need to calm down. It’s not our fault corporate sends us way too many online orders to finish in a short amount of time. During a rush we have to make entrees in about 20-30 seconds or we will be behind. Respectfully fix your entitled ego or just don’t come back :
Good place to grab a dinner before the movies. Chips and salsa starting to lose there appeal. Seemed like chips had been in a bag for most of the day.
The food is always hot and ready to go when I pick it up and taste great! The prices are fair and not to expensive because I am a mom that needs to save wherever I can. The guy at the front always knows my name and is always so polite, respectful, and nice. I agree with Chris below, I cant believe some of the negative comments, but I guess you cant please everyone.
This is probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in Columbus, at least the food. The atmosphere is not formal, but the food is simply outstanding. Order off the Chinese menu. I'm shocked there are negative reviews on the food.
