A terrible service today. I stood and waited for someone to pick up my order at the front, but no one had occurred. Someone could have said: “Just give us a few minutes, I’m right with you.” But Nope, not even someone did that. Just wait for over 10mins on the front and then decided to go and go somewhere else to eat. The man finally came out to check the “to-go” orders and not even the trouble to see if I tried to order.

I have Pommes from this place for my four-year-old son. A few hours later, my son started vomiting and diarrhea. He's been sick for about 15 hours. A case of food poisoning. We completely ruined our weekend plans while we're in town. Wouldn't recommend.

I find Brushfire to subpar BBQ .. I wrote a negative review before because we went there another time and was rejected service because they decided to close early.. I actually wrote the evaluation for the wrong location (Glenn and Campbell) as the owner reached, he looked at the video and did not see us until I realized that I left it for the wrong location. I appreciate it coming to me and erasing the review since he came out. He has not offered any concessions to refuse the service because they have closed early and swear that they should not do that... Anyway, I decided to give them another attempt.... It's not terrible, but it's definitely not great. It is also very expensive for low quality BBQ... There are several BBQ acts within a few miles that have better quality food...

Amazing bbq fries absolutely recommend I put swash and pork with the sweet melasus sauce it was phenomenal the fries perfectly crispy

Well my wife and I prefer to have meals from here and let’s just say it was to be less than desired. We traveled from Phoenix and every time we come into Tucson the one place we want to eat is Brushfire. In the last 10 years or so the food has always been awesome. Today it wasn’t. I ordered the pulled pork and my wife had the brisket. Both meats were cold. My sides were hotter than my actual meat. I went to the counter to let a gentleman know about the sub par food and all I got was a deer in the headlights look. Not an offer to replace anything or nothing. Didn’t let the manager know about the complaint about the food. How disappointing that a well known Tucson business doesn’t respect the customer issues. I ate only a few bites and eventually threw it away, because I didn’t want to wait for a replacement since the first order took 25 minutes and actually have the same issue. Well I guess I won’t be visiting at least this location again if this is how they are going to handle customer issues. Oh on a better note the older lady at the cash register is the best experience I had coming in. She is the only good thing about this location. Her personality and happiness is very well appreciated.
