Although generally quite good, portions weren't cooked properly and were rather hard, the coffee was cold and the server didn't bring a knife. I buy a lot of brot and plan to try other menu items for another time. but not the avocado toast. my man had a great breakfast sandwich while I avocado toast

The cashier asked me f... read more First time at this bakery/eatery I ordered a Curry Chicken Salad sandwich on multi grain bread with a side of pasta salad and an ice tea. The cashier asked me for here or to go ? I replied for here. The charge was $23.87, which I thought was more than I expected $18.31 When my order was ready I received a small loaf of multi grain bread and a container with the chicken salad and a small dish with the pasta salad., my immediate reaction was asking if I had to make my own sandwich...she responded didn 't you ask for here ? I guess she realized by the look on my face, the order and the charge were wrong. The manager was called to fix the problem but by the end of my lunch my card was charged to $23.87. When I asked the mngr if they were reimbursing me the difference of $5.56 he got aggravated just bc I questioned him why he couldn 't void the original wrong charge and issue me a different ticket showing the right charge? A day later I had to call the bank explaining the situation. Now they have to conduct their own investigation. For my first time there to have a simple sandwich, my experience was not good... However the food was very good.

I have been eating in this place for many years and was very pleased with the food, however they're changing the menu for the bad and it looks like the place wi... read more I have been eating in this place for many years and was very pleased with the food, however they're changing the menu for the bad and it looks like the place will go down soon, they change the cibatta bread, they don't do the chicken tortilla soup and instead they add some coconut soup that don't reflect the Arizona flavors and they add many more strange flavors, everything worked fine before so why change it...bring the old flavors back because that was the reason for your success, I hope the owner will be smart enough to recover the old beyond bread!!!
