I have been to AJ's fine foods in the past, but I had never tried their bakery, bistro, or grill until now, and I wish I had done so sooner! This week, we tried the BBQ chicken sandwich from the bistro, pepperoni and pesto Margherita pizza, and a few danishes. Everything was delicious! I didn't even know they served pizza here, let alone by the slice. I also heard they have a $5 sushi day. The coffee lemonade was als... View all feedback.
What Maria D doesn't like about Aj's Fine Foods:
The pizza at this restaurant was fantastic for a solid two months! From April to June, they offered delicious options such as the RIP inspired pesto Margherita, Veggie, and spicy chorizo jalapeño. View all feedback.
I was rudely treated when I asked if I could sample the bleu cheese before purchasing. Considering how expensive everything is at the market, I don't see how giving a tiny sample would break the bank. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
This was my second time ordering the large pizza and was disappointed. the pizza used to be outstanding and I told family and friends to try it. after this last time, I moved the Italian Kitchen pizza down to just ok'. I hope it was due to covid 19. I'll try AJ pizza in a year or so.
Beautiful planner to shop. Good selection. Service is also good. A bit of a crush in the deli area.
Lovely fresh, deli and bakery items, an outdoor cafe to consume items in the shade. Excellent service, selection, and custom sushi lunch items at deli counter. Friendly staff answering questions for cooking grilling speciality meat and fish items for home consumption. Home furnishings and floral area helpful for entertaining and hostess gifts.
Picked up breakfast sandwich took home. Scrambled eggs were soft tasty but the English muffin was soooo stale tough I could barely bite thru it! How'd they manage that?! Went back to store 30 mins after buying it. I was going to get a refund but first stopped by hot breakfast area to give them feedback. Just figure they'd want to know although can't imagine person making the sandwiches wouldn't know. As usual got attitude. Then went to front where one of the managers pleasantly greeted me and gladly refunded my Plus I even got an I'm sorry I know it probably did little to report it to the hot food salesperson the hard stale bread on the breakfast sandwiches won't be changed out. This is the new normal for our world today. With AJ's prices, why oh why aren't they just top notch with their customer service?
