I ordered a potato and corn empanada, and it was a bit of Bland (also with sauce). I had the half-sized Papi shell, and I was glad that there was a way to reduce the part. The bowl was still a good size, but there was no taste; it was dry and needed some sauce. The corn chips included were punctual. Overall, the food looked really good, tasted ok, but not good enough for me to go back. Updated by previous review on 2022-02-08

I tried the kartoffe... read more The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful. My food came out quickly, in less than 10 minutes, and was cooked to order. I tried the kartoffel and mais empanada, which was a bit bland, even with sauce. I opted for the half-sized Papi dish and was happy with the portion size. However, there was no flavor and it was dry, needing some sauce. The maischips that came with it were stale. Overall, the presentation of the food was good, but the taste was just okay. I don't think I would return based on my experience.

The food is fresh and delicious, and I always leave feeling light, even after enjoying a big meal (including a milkshake!). The owner is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is very clean and welcoming. I brought my non-vegan father for brunch, and he enjoyed it immensely. This place is truly fantastic!

We ord... read more I ordered today 2/9/22 at 5:45pm. I am unsure of the young man’s name who was at the front taking the orders but he was not knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the ‘build your own’ bowl and he stated that it came with all the toppings listed on the menu. He then had to confirm our order multiple times while placing it so we repeated it-which was no problem since we wanted it made correctly. When I got home to eat my food however, every topping was missing except for the beans and plantain. I called the restaurant and spoke with the same young man who told me that I did not order these toppings. I explained that I did (which he had to confirm multiple times as we were ordering and then even after we placed our order). He then stated “well I don’t know what you want me to do”. The food is very good. However the service and front desk staff are severely lacking. You will lose customers if that type of customer service continues as he made no effort to make the order right and tried to tell me that I had not ordered those toppings. Very poor customer service.
