Mcdonald's - Tucker

My experience in this mcdonald’s was excellent. the drive major went very fast. my food was hot and fresh. on this day I had a taste for oatmeal. if they like oatmeal mcdonald’s, have the best?. also the customer service was excellent.

Horrible service with rude employees. My wife was trying not to be a difficult customer and asked for a remake for a quarter pounder with cheese that they served raw. We came at 421 and returned at 509, which was a problem for them as well. The manager slammed the window in my face and said we we can’t. They did not give me a refund or did a remake. I had to go to corporate and wait for e refund request. This location needs proper training and better management.

I used to really like this McDonald’s but now I’m guessing they just hiring anyone… now the employees just r rude… well the one lady I had I said good morning and she just rolled her eyes like…. Oh yea and please cook the chicken it’s always raw when I order it

The staff was fine I guess, I ordered my food and pull it through the window and they said it would be a few minutes since they are cooking everything I said great my food would be hot!It only took a couple minutes I got my food and drove off I set in the parking lot and ate it but it was cold it was not one hot thing in the bagVery surprising since it supposed to be cooked while I was waitingForgot my nuggets so I thought I would call them and let them know and the phone went to voicemail and said the office is closed?Which I thought is very weird what happens if someone has a real issue?So I drove around and got my nuggets and they were not even hot either so I don’t understand what the wait was and there was only one car ahead of me and he got his food pretty quick so good luck I will never eat here again!

I witnessed an employee walk in from the street to come and work and did not wash her hands she just grabbed some gloves. The so called manager is a piece of work. Nasty attitude. I asked if they were opened on Christmas 2021 she ignored me. I was just trying to make conversation nothing big.She look like she has some personal issues. ...but the fish filets were delicious. Just them nasty nasty attitudes. Bathroom was nasty too. Overheard employees complain about working. In this day. It's a good thing to have a job.
