my friends wanted to take us to the Kobe-Steak house, but it's too long to wait. so we drove the road to fuji. we were initially skeptical and made sweat about us to get food poisoning. but some I tell you when I took the first bite of my Hibachi dinner, my taste buds were rough. the service was amazing, eating was amazing, there is nothing better than what I experienced at fuji ya and I cannot wait to go back. What User doesn't like about Lucky Key Fuji Ya:
My husband and I went to Lucky Key for dinner and the server was extremely rude. He argued with the hostess about closing time because we were there at 9:15 p.m. (she closed at 10 p.m.) He was very rude and it made us feel so uncomfortable that we left before ordering. Additionally, while looking at the menu, we noticed a dead roach. Save your money and dine elsewhere. I do not recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.

We ordered egg foo young, Chinese broccoli, and miso soup at the restaurant. The Chinese broccoli cost $8 and came in a small portion. Unfortunately, our egg foo young did not come with rice. I called to inquire about the missing rice and the portion size of the Chinese broccoli. The person on the phone continued talking over me, insisting that the rice was included in the bag. I offered to pick up the missing rice in person, but he abruptly ended the call.
I had my last lunch at this restaurant before never going back. I couldn't even finish my meal due to the lack of cleanliness, which was my first issue. The food itself was disappointing - the egg roll was oily and cold. The customer service was also lacking. The only redeeming quality was the sushi we had at the sushi bar, which was good. Overall, I would only give this restaurant two stars.
When our food arrived, it was awful. The spare ribs were colder than our ice water, and when we asked for them to be replaced, they simply microwaved the same food and brought it back dry and rock hard. The chicken dish we ordered was not fresh and the meat tasted off. Even after explaining this, we were still made to pay for the uncooked and unpleasant food. To make matters worse, when we tried to leave, we were accused of not paying for the ribs. After a 30-minute ordeal with rude and unfriendly staff, they took the ribs off the bill but then claimed we didn't pay for them. The manager refused to help, and in the end, we had to pay for the awful food. I observed several food violations and found the restaurant to be dirty. The staff was mean and rude, and we were falsely accused of trying to leave without paying. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. I recommend avoiding this place. Also, the two orders of egg rolls we had were burnt and disgusting.
I am familiar with good Chinese food, and this restaurant did not meet my expectations at all. The service was rushed and we had to repeatedly ask for things like tea. The food was disappointing, with more than half of it left uneaten. The wonton soup was lacking in traditional ingredients and flavor. Overall, the meal was mediocre and lacked taste. I would not recommend wasting your money here.
