I had a very disappointing experience. I spent $77 on food that was burnt. Both the steak and the salmon were overcooked. The salad box wasn’t properly sealed, causing it to spill in my car. They didn’t provide any utensils like spoons or forks, and despite asking for butter with the bread, they didn’t include it. I also requested hot sauce on the side, which they forgot to add. We go to Longhorn for bread, sooo so good. The food at this point is usually very delicious. And the waiters have a positive attitude all the time.

My first time in this chain. The food was good. You get a fierce portion of popcorn shrimp as an appetizer. Mrs. Amanda was a friendly and attentive waitress. Not bad for a chain restaurant
Food and service was great for the most part except my ribs were ice cold when they came out like it had been sitting out for hours. The way me and my guests gave them the ribs is basically the same way it came back I've never in all my years of working in the food industry have I seen this especially from here.?
Ordered curbside today and didn?t get any cinnamon sugar for the sweet potatoes. And also sweet potatoes tasted burnt. Food was just ok. We usually love long horn and usually order from the location closer to our house (sandy springs) their food is way better! Would never order from this location again.
