Then I... read more This is the worst KFC I order one 3 peice combo with a sprite and a 2 price leg breast combo with a Pepsi fries. Got home no biscuit or Fries no breast . Then I call ask to speak to a manager who ever answer the phone ask who I was told him a paying customer that did not get what I paid then the guy hung the phone up in my face he needs to goto customer service class. Will never go to this KFC again. Very very poor customer service if I could have given then a zero that what I want to give.So if you go there check your food before you leave and got no receipt either

I live 4... read more Charged over $57 for a 16 piece family Meal Tucker KFC. I only received 8 pieces of all dark meat. Plus sides. When I purchased a 16 piece family meal! I live 45 minutes away from this KFC driving home from work. Tried to call the number listed to see what could be done. No answer called 4 times. The owner of this establishment should assess who is working for the company especially since money is tight and some families are really struggling out here to make end meet.

The lady that took my order was so fast I didn?t understand anything she said. I got a three piece and asked for double fries instead of the other two sides. I paid the $11 for a three piece and got only a two piece and a biscuit.No side. TLDR quick service but you?ll pay full price for whatever they feel like giving you. OH and make sure you get areceipt when you go. I can?t prove it but the meal I got was $5 cheaper than what I paid for. I think the employees arepocketing the difference. Just be warned.

On Uber app restaurant note: if you place an order within 1 hr before store closed and be there after dining room closed just use drive thru to get your order. So my customer on Uber app placed an order 11:11pm and Ibeen there 12:30am to picked up at drive thur. The lady that I met her. She doesn?t want gave it to me. Always said ?store isclosed? even I saw 2 orders leave over there and customers already paid for that. She said it not mind and shut of the window. So I felt bad to my customers that I didn?t get them delivery.
