If a place close at 1am why is it 12 midnight and the staff is telling us what we can’t order and then told people to leave because they don’t feel like making any more food for the night…!!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!
Great fast food at an excellent price! As a food lover, I was excited to stop by, but when I arrived at 12:45 AM, I was informed that they were closed. I thought they were supposed to be open until 3 AM.
I visited Checkers on Jimmy Carter and ordered two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. The sign advertised a deal for two for $5, but my total came to over $6. When I reached the window, I pointed out the deal on the sign, but they told me it had expired and refused to honor the advertised price. The manager then insisted on the new price, which I found unbelievable, so I decided to leave. This is the second time I’ve experienced this issue. Terrible service—I need to find a new Checkers!
I ordered a fish sandwich, but they gave me chicken instead. The fries were stale, and so was the fish. This is not acceptable for a restaurant. I ordered the fish sandwich, and what I received was questionable in terms of freshness. I wondered how long it had been sitting around.
The drive thru automated order system is new to me but it's not bad. The cashier was such a gentleman. The chicken tenders and fries never miss. I'll b back.

I have ran into a couple Knuckle Heads that were polite and helpful just needed a little bit more training but overall I LOVE CHECKERS&RALLEYS MY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REAL FOOD AND GREAT DEALS
I tried to order the $5 meal and the guy at the window told me that they stopped doing that promotion two weeks ago when I got home I saw another commercial promoting the same thing
The food was messed up both times we went and the funnel cake fries were spicy for some reason. Which was really strange definitely not what I expected to bite into.
Depending on how late u go will they even take any orders but yet still remain open. Almost like the employee r just riding the clock just not working.
My experience both times were horrible. My first visit i pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 9:55am Oct. 28th. Noone answered me. After 60 seconds of waiting i pulled up to the drive thru window where i was met by a spanish manager who said theydont open for 3 more minutes. It was now 9:58am....i drove back to the drive thru speaker and was immediately greeted by thesame manager. I ordered a chilli cheese dog and a checker burger from the 2 for 5. When i pulled off with my order and began todrive and eat I noticed I'd bitten into a hot dog with ketchup and mustard. No chilli cheese anywhere. Upon furtherinvestigation the burger I was given was incorrect as well. Being that traffic was heavy I couldn't turn around so I gave thefood to my nephew. I made a complaint via the receipt and mobile app and got no response or resolve for my issue. I called thestore and noone answered. My visit today was the exact same minus the burger.They gave me the correct burger but my chillicheese dog was again a hot dog with mustard and ketchup. When i turned around and inquired about the mishap i was told theyd runout of chilli and were only serving their regular beef hot dog. which is a grilled hot dog with ketchup and mustard. No refundoffered no warning and no ask on if there was something else they could get me since i ordered something 2 more expensive whatI was given and was told there was nothing they could do. Corporate needs to be called on these checkers stores. Seems they alllack professionalism and customer service

Checkers offers fantastic food for late dinners or any dinner occasion. Their large milkshakes are a perfect treat as well. The service is consistently fast and friendly, making it a great spot to enjoy the menu!
The food at Checkers is far better than that of the McDonald's nearby, and the staff is always friendly and cheerful.
The fries here are quite delicious and have a cheesy taste, even though I didn’t request cheese on mine. The location can be a bit challenging due to the busy intersection, but it’s definitely worth a visit.
